Hi, I'm Jessica Lee Grota. I work with people who want to transform their lives and re-discover their best selves. My passion in life is to help people reach their full potential allowing them to live and feel better by giving them the tools needed to succeed. Not only have I put together targeted treatment plans, but I also equipped clients with stretches and homecare plans. I've helped people find ease and comfort in their bodies, allowing them to get back to their favorite activities. I enjoy taking part in new activities my clients have introduced me to as a thank you, from hiking, kayaking, and golfing, to name a few.

I am certified in neuromuscular and medical-massage from Sterling Health Center in Dallas, TX, where I completed extensive and specialized training in many areas. I began my career in 2005, working with a chiropractor. In 2007 I studied aromatherapy and wellness techniques at the Steiner Transocean Academy in Watford, England, and toured the globe as a spa therapist with Royal Caribbean International. After this time, I spent several years in the Virgin Islands perfecting the skills I have acquired. I have since trained in Bamboo massage and massage for all ages NICU and up.

I am a wife and mother of two children, Kai and Kenzington, and one cat, Luna.

I reside in Pine Mountain Lake in Groveland, and I am the Vice-President of the Tenaya School Site Council.

I am eager to bring my skills to the community and look forward to hearing from you.
